Inicia el men\u00fa amb dos aperitius, compostos d&#8217;un gaspatxo tradicional acompanyat d&#8217;una escuma especiada i una croqueta a base de formatge de cabra i ceba, feta lentament aconseguint caramel\u00b7litzar a trav\u00e9s dels seus propis sucres.<\/p>\n<p>Com a primer entrant, tenim un rotlle de sushi de salm\u00f3 i alvocat, el qual \u00e9s un dels plats preferits de la Ruth i que sempre ens demanava quan estudiava primer curs. De segon entrant, tenim la Vichyssoise, a la qual, a m\u00e9s del porro i la patata, afegeix pera, que li dona un toc m\u00e9s refrescant, aprofitant que, addicionalment, se serveix freda. El resultat obtingut \u00e9s bon\u00edssim.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer plat principal, trobem les crestes japoneses farcides de verdures i llagost\u00ed i acompanyades de salsa teriyaki. En el segon plat principal, tenim un entrecot amb la salsa al pebre verd, plat en el qual la Ruth innova, elaborant la salsa a partir d&#8217;una base de brou de vedella.<\/p>\n<p>Es tanca el men\u00fa amb un past\u00eds de pastanaga amb salsa de taronja.
