Agafaven productes del camp com patates, cebes, alls, tomates i pebrots, aix\u00ed com oli i les esp\u00e8cies i sortien a la mar. Quan arribava l&#8217;hora de dinar, posaven dins l&#8217;olla la ceba, les patates a rodanxes, les hortalisses trinxades i uns grans d&#8217;alls. Hi afegien el peix que no es podia portar al mercat, o b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 estava trencat o b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 tenia mal aspecte; ho cobrien d&#8217;aigua i hi tiraven un raig d&#8217;oli per posar-ho a coure tot conjuntament.
