En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, amb un arr\u00f2s de bacall\u00e0 i botifarra negra. Cal dir que el men\u00fa de degustaci\u00f3 del restaurant pedag\u00f2gic mantindr\u00e0 la seva estructura durant tot el mes, per\u00f2 el client tindr\u00e0 l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;escollir el plat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s en substituci\u00f3 d&#8217;un dels dos plats principals que s&#8217;ofereixen cada setmana.
