Es tracta d&#8217;un plat dels m\u00e9s coneguts de la gastronomia francesa: llenguado a la\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">meuni\u00e8re<\/span><\/em>, un plat delicat i exquisit f\u00e0cil de fer i que t\u00e9 molt bon resultat. La salsa\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">meuni\u00e8re<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>\u00e9s molt senzilla i dona un sabor exquisit a aquest peix. El proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 comen\u00e7a per fregir el llenguado, lleugerament enfarinat en mantega. Despr\u00e9s s&#8217;hi afegeix una mica m\u00e9s de mantega, julivert fresc picat i suc de llimona i amb tot aix\u00f2 es rega el peix fregit. Per donar m\u00e9s majestuositat al plat, l&#8217;emplatat es far\u00e0 a sala.
