Comen\u00e7a el men\u00fa amb uns aperitius elaborats amb uns ous farcits de verduretes i acompanyats d&#8217;una maionesa d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies. El segon aperitiu \u00e9s una <em>bruschetta<\/em>, un entrant molt t\u00edpic de la cuina italiana, consistent en <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">una torradeta amb tom\u00e0quet, alf\u00e0brega i gratinada amb formatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En els entrants proposa el c\u00f2ctel de gambes de tota la vida, per\u00f2 amb el toc personal del xef. Segueix amb una tempura de verdures que consta d&#8217;una barreja d&#8217;hortalisses de diferents estacions. De plat principal de peix presenta un llenguado amb salsa d&#8217;ametlles. L&#8217;emplatat es far\u00e0 al menjador d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 a m\u00e0 de l&#8217;alumnat de CFGM de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3. De carn tenim un pit de pollastre adobat amb mel i servit amb una salsa de formatge blau.
