Hem de tenir en compte que les faves fresques tenen una temporalitat molt curta, poden aguantar a la nevera uns quatre dies i s\u00f3n un producte molt recomanable per les nombroses propietats nutricionals que posseeixen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a segon entrant, tenim un arr\u00f2s\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">de peu<\/span>\u00a0de porc que, gr\u00e0cies a la gelatina del mateix peu, ens aporta cremositat al final de la cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La proposta dels segons plats ens proporciona els sabors base de la nostra cultura gastron\u00f2mica. En primer lloc, proposem els calamars farcits de tota la vida, un plat de mar i muntanya, per sucar-hi pa.
