Donat que no es tracta d&#8217;una commemoraci\u00f3 del calendari oficial, l&#8217;efem\u00e8ride pot semblar banal; per\u00f2 no hi ha temes menors en mans de la cultura, i, en un claustre de prop d&#8217;un centenar de professors com el del Coll i Rod\u00e9s, de cultura n&#8217;hi ha, a partir de les diferents disciplines que hi impartim, per exemplificar amb aquesta fruita <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">seca<\/span> els diferents \u00e0mbits del saber que conflueixen en el nostre sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per exemple, als departaments de lleng\u00fces saben que, en catal\u00e0, el nom d&#8217;aquest aliment pot ser tant <em>pistatxo<\/em> com <em>festuc<\/em> i que, en castell\u00e0, nom\u00e9s rep el nom de\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">pistacho<\/span><\/em>, tot i que l&#8217;arbre del qual \u00e9s fruit s&#8217;anomena\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">alf\u00f3ncigo<\/span><\/em>, paraula que prov\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e0rab\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">alf\u00fastaq<\/span><\/em>, evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00e0rab cl\u00e0ssic\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">fustuq<\/span><\/em>. Arribats aqu\u00ed, no costa gens trobar l&#8217;\u00e8tim de <em>festuc<\/em>, oi? En canvi, <em>pistatxo<\/em> i\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">pistacho<\/span><\/em>\u00a0s\u00f3n pr\u00e9stecs de l&#8217;itali\u00e0\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">pistacchio<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>o del franc\u00e8s\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">pistache<\/span><\/em>, i aquests, del grec\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">\u03c0\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03ac\u03ba\u03b9\u03bf\u03bd<\/span>\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">pist\u00e1kion<\/span><\/em>, d&#8217;on prov\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 la veu \u00e0rab. I \u00e9s que les interfer\u00e8ncies ling\u00fc\u00edstiques sempre han sigut inevitables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les professores d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica, per la seva part, coneixen el valor nutricional del festuc, valor que el fa destacar com a aliment adequat per a la recuperaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica: s\u00f3n una gran font de potassi, mineral que contribueix a la funci\u00f3 normal dels m\u00fasculs i del sistema nervi\u00f3s (els tenistes professionals fan mossegades a un pl\u00e0tan durant les pauses dels partits, per\u00f2 trobarien la mateixa dosi de potassi en un grapat de festucs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de les ci\u00e8ncies, se sap que\u00a0la <em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Pistacia<\/span>\u00a0vera<\/em> pertany a les plantes anomenades dioiques, adjectiu que a la mat\u00e8ria de Grec traduirien com a &#8216;dues cases&#8217; i que, com a tecnicisme bot\u00e0nic, fa refer\u00e8ncia a aquelles plantes que tenen peus estrictament masculins (amb nom\u00e9s estams) i peus estrictament femenins (amb nom\u00e9s pistils). Aquesta caracter\u00edstica cient\u00edfica interdisciplin\u00e0riament la podrien relacionar amb dades hist\u00f2riques, pr\u00f2pies del Departament de Socials: a Espanya, on el festuc es va conrear durant la dominaci\u00f3 musulmana, els conqueridors cristians desconeixien que havien de conservar-se les plantes mascles encara que no donessin fruit i les van arrencar, per la qual cosa es van perdre importants cultius durant molts anys. I, parlant de p\u00e8rdues, des de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit social de l&#8217;economia, es pot explicar que l&#8217;elevat preu d&#8217;aquesta fruita <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">seca<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">\u00e9s<\/span> degut a dos fets concrets: els arbres necessiten entre cinc i deu anys per a madurar i el seu rendiment \u00e9s de no gaires quilos, tot i que aix\u00f2 ho pot compensar en certa manera el fet que la vida d&#8217;aquests arbres es pot perllongar fins a tres-cents anys.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fins i tot, des de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la tecnologia es podrien aportar dades interessants, com les referides a l&#8217;actual aposta pel desenvolupament d&#8217;eines biotecnol\u00f2giques<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\"> per a la millora de la productivitat i el foment de la implantaci\u00f3 del cultiu de festuc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per\u00f2 si hi ha una informaci\u00f3 que ens pot sorprendre en gran manera, aquesta \u00e9s la que uneix les matem\u00e0tiques, l&#8217;art i la gastronomia (tres disciplines molt presents tamb\u00e9 al Coll i Rod\u00e9s).\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\">Fa un lustre aproximadament, gr\u00e0cies a la iniciativa d&#8217;una catedr\u00e0tica d&#8217;\u00c0lgebra de la Universidad de M\u00e1laga, es va dur a terme una curiosa experi\u00e8ncia: plasmar f\u00f3rmules algebraiques en creacions gastron\u00f2miques que, de manera art\u00edstica, representarien les figures matem\u00e0tiques corresponents. Les fotografies resultants van ser part d&#8217;una exhibici\u00f3 anomenada <\/span><a style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\" href=\"http:\/\/webpersonal.uma.es\/~MSILESM\/El_sabor_de_las_Matematicas.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">El sabor de les matem\u00e0tiques<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\">, i una de les creacions va ser el <\/span><em style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\">nouguetine\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\">d&#8217;ametlles amb so<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; text-align: justify;\">rra de festuc, que dibuixava el resultat de la f\u00f3rmula d&#8217;intersecci\u00f3 representada a l&#8217;equaci\u00f3 xyz=0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"color: #2795b6;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2023\/02\/20201217_123758.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-13901 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2023\/02\/20201217_123758-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2023\/02\/20201217_123758-300x240.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2023\/02\/20201217_123758-768x614.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2023\/02\/20201217_123758.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 241px) 100vw, 241px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fi, despr\u00e9s de tant parlar de festucs, \u00e9s inevitable delectar-se amb el record dels plats elaborats amb aquesta fruita <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">seca<\/span> pels alumnes del CFGM\u00a0de Cuina i Gastronomia o els <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/general\/torrons-de-nadal\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">torrons<\/span><\/a> i algunes delicioses <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2021\/02\/xoco-blanca-magrana-festuc-maduixa.jpg\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">postres de xocolata blanca<\/span><\/a> servides al restaurant de l&#8217;aula d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 que anaven decorades amb magrana, maduixa i, no cal dir-ho, festucs, que tenen la consideraci\u00f3 de ser un dels aliments m\u00e9s antioxidants que existeixen, per sobre, precisament, de fruites com la maduixa i la magrana.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2795b6;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesramoncoll\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu536\/2021\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-10-08-at-15.53.22-2.jpg\"><\/a>Avui es commemora el Dia Mundial del Pistatxo.
