L&#8217;alumnat de segon curs del CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia ha estat treballant la col t\u00edpica de la Cerdanya, que tradicionalment es cultivava als horts dom\u00e8stics i que t\u00e9 una producci\u00f3 molt limitada, en una \u00e8poca molt freda de l&#8217;any. Aquest tipus de col es caracteritza per la seva resist\u00e8ncia a condicions climatol\u00f2giques extremes i es cull entre els mesos de desembre i febrer.
