Es tracta d&#8217;una manera de destapar aquest tipus de vins que consisteix a lliscar el sabre pel cos de l&#8217;ampolla cap a la boca i amb la pressi\u00f3 que s&#8217;exerceix, aconseguir fer un tall sec en el vidre separant-lo del suro i la corona que romanen junts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/WbPe5e3e7pk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com es pot apreciar al v\u00eddeo inserit en aquesta entrada, els nostres alumnes de 2n curs del CFGM de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3 haguessin estat capa\u00e7os d&#8217;impressionar la v\u00eddua Clicquot, la gran dama del xampany, a qui els oficials napole\u00f2nics tractaven d&#8217;impressionar obrint les ampolles amb els seus sabres. Ah&#8230;! Els alumnes van fer un tast de vins especials que els va portar a viatjar des de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Sanl\u00facar<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Barrameda<\/span>\u00a0a Hongria, passant per l&#8217;Aquit\u00e0nia francesa i la Sic\u00edlia italiana: fi,\u00a0<em><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">manzanilla<\/span><\/em>, olor\u00f3s, Pedro Ximenes, porto, marsala, sauternes i\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">tokaji<\/span>.
