Obligat\u00f2ria\u00a0(ESO).<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e8cnic\/a auxiliar (FP-1) o equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00edtol de T\u00e8cnic en un altre cicle de grau mitj\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Primer i segon de BUP aprovats.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir la prova d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a CFGM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009696;\">Objectiu del cicle<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La compet\u00e8ncia general d&#8217;aquest t\u00edtol consisteix a realitzar les activitats de preparaci\u00f3, presentaci\u00f3 i servei d&#8217;aliments i begudes, aix\u00ed com les d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la restauraci\u00f3, seguint els protocols de qualitat establerts i actuant segons normes d&#8217;higiene, prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals i style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els alumnes poden accedir a treballar com a cambrers en grans, petites i mitjanes empreses principalment del sector de l&#8217;hostaleria i per compte propi en establiments de restauraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta professi\u00f3 es desenvolupa en sectors i subsectors productius en els quals\u00a0es desenvolupen processos d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i servei d&#8217;aliments i begudes, com seria el sector de l&#8217;hostaleria i, en el seu marc, les \u00e0rees d&#8217;hostaleria i restauraci\u00f3 tradicional, moderna i col\u00b7lectiva.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009696;\">Llocs de treball per ocupar m\u00e9s rellevants:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cambrer de bar-cafeteria o restaurant.<\/li>\n<li>Cap de rang.<\/li>\n<li>Empleat d&#8217;economat d&#8217;unitats de producci\u00f3 i serveis d&#8217;aliments i begudes.<\/li>\n<li>Barman.<\/li>\n<li>Ajudant de sommelier.<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliar de serveis en i begudes en sala i barra.<\/li>\n<li>Servir vins i donar informaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica sobre aquests.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorar sobre begudes diferents de\u00a0vins, preparar-les i presentar-les (cocteleria).<\/li>\n<li>Preparar i exposar elaboracions senzilles pr\u00f2pies de l&#8217;oferta de bar-cafeteria.<\/li>\n<li>Gestionar el bar-cafeteria.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar i acabar plats en vista del client.<\/li>\n<li>Disposar tota mena de serveis especials en restauraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Actuar sobre normes de seguretat, higiene i protecci\u00f3 ambiental en
