Obligat\u00f2ria\u00a0(ESO).<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e8cnic\/a auxiliar (FP-1) o equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00edtol de T\u00e8cnic en un altre cicle de grau mitj\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Primer i segon de BUP aprovats.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir la prova d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a CFGM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009696;\">Objectiu del cicle<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Facilitar l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de les operacions de manipulaci\u00f3, preparaci\u00f3, conservaci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 de tota classe d&#8217;aliments, la confecci\u00f3 d&#8217;ofertes gastron\u00f2miques i l&#8217;ajut en les activitats de servei, per tal d&#8217;aconseguir la qualitat i els objectius econ\u00f2mics establerts amb l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, en tot moment, de les normes i pr\u00e0ctiques departament d&#8217;economat i celler d&#8217;un hotel, restaurant, hospital, empresa de serveis&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 poden treballar en pastisseries, carnisseries, peixateries, fruiteries, empreses d&#8217;emmagatzematge, envasament i distribuci\u00f3 de productes alimentaris\u00a0i\u00a0ind\u00fastries agroaliment\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" i rebosteria.<\/li>\n<li>Muntatge de serveis de bufet, autoservei, servei d&#8217;\u00e0pats i begudes a la vista del client i ajut en les activitats del servei.<\/li>\n<li>Elaboraci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 dels diferents tipus de plats de la cuina regional, nacional i internacional.<\/li>\n<li>Administraci\u00f3, gesti\u00f3 i comercialitzaci\u00f3 en la petita
