La posem en una paella amb oli.<br \/>Afegim la carn i remenem.<br \/>Despr\u00e9s afegim el tom\u00e0quet i hi posem un pessic de sal i de sucre, i ho deixem coure uns 15 minuts remenant de tant en tant. Afegim orenga.<br \/>Finalment, es barreja la salsa amb els macarrons.
