Necessitem cobrir un lloc de treball en el \u00e0mbit administratiu per els alumnes de CFGS.<\/p>\n

El detall de l\u2019oferta laboral seria el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n

Jornada: L-J: 09:00-14:00h y 15:00-18:30h\/ V: 09:00-14:00h
\nLloc: C\/. Bruc 124 (Eixample)
\nSou: segons conveni oficines i despatxos per auxiliar administratiu i segons valia.<\/p>\n

Feina:<\/strong>
\n– Recepci\u00f3
\n– Atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica
\n– Suport al departament comptabilitat: introducci\u00f3 de factures emeses, rebudes, liquidacions, bancs, conciliacions
\n– Suport al departament laboral: altes i baixes de treballadors, transmissi\u00f3 de contractes, transmissi\u00f3 de partes de IT\/AT, tr\u00e0mits presencials a la tresoreria, enviament als clients del resums de n\u00f2mines, TC\u2019s, corrents de pagament.
\n– Suports varis a altres departaments.<\/p>\n

Requisits:<\/strong>
\nIdiomes: catal\u00e0
\nConeixement: word, excel, i contasol\/nominasol (es tindr\u00e0 en compte)<\/p>\n

Contracte: <\/strong>
\ninicialment en contracte en pr\u00e0ctiques (no conveni) amb la finalitat de contracte indefinit.<\/p>\n
