Aquestes s\u00f3n un conjunt de respostes que ens permeten detectar, prevenir i resoldre conflictes succe\u00efts entre les persones per tal de millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia. Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques es poden aplicar en diversos \u00e0mbits, tal com l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, la fam\u00edlia o el treball.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Maribel, en Maxi i en Juan Carlos, membres dels serveis municipals de conviv\u00e8ncia i mediaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Sant Boi (hist\u00f2ricament, municipi pioner a Catalunya en mat\u00e8ria de mediaci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria), ens han donat pautes per prevenir i resoldre conflictes escolars i familiars d&#8217;una manera pac\u00edfica i reparadora.
