Us Adjuntem comunicat de la SGEAF en relaci\u00f3 amb\u00a0\u00a0la fase inicial del retorn a la pr\u00e0ctica de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica i l\u2019esport aix\u00ed com una infografia sobre sortida a l\u2019exterior per fer activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n

Com a resum: des del dissabte dia 2 de maig<\/strong> es pot tornar a fer activitat f\u00edsica i esport en l’entorn natural i de forma individual un cop al dia. A mode d’exemple: podeu sortir en bicicleta, patinet, patins, a c\u00f3rrer, caminar individualment… (en municipis de menys de 5000 habitants sense restricci\u00f3 de franges hor\u00e0ries, i en els de m\u00e9s de 5000 habitants de 6 a 10 del mat\u00ed i de 8 a 11 de la nit). Cal respectar les dist\u00e0ncies de seguretat segons l’activitat que desenvolupeu, per m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 consulteu el comunicat i mireu b\u00e9 la infografia.<\/p>\n
