{"id":4209,"date":"2020-03-24T15:10:24","date_gmt":"2020-03-24T14:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesrafaelcampalans\/?p=4209"},"modified":"2020-10-03T12:04:05","modified_gmt":"2020-10-03T10:04:05","slug":"la-secretaria-general-de-lesport-i-de-lactivitat-fisica-impulsa-la-campanya-gent-activa-des-de-casa-per-fomentar-un-confinament-actiu-i-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesrafaelcampalans\/general\/la-secretaria-general-de-lesport-i-de-lactivitat-fisica-impulsa-la-campanya-gent-activa-des-de-casa-per-fomentar-un-confinament-actiu-i-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"La Secretaria General de l\u2019Esport i de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica impulsa la campanya \u2018Gent activa des de casa!\u2019 per fomentar un confinament actiu i saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretaria General de l\u2019Esport i de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica (SGEAF) impulsa la campanya \u2018Gent activa des de casa!\u2019 amb l\u2019objectiu de donar a la ciutadania consells \u00fatils per a un confinament actiu i m\u00e9s saludable davant la pand\u00e8mia del COVID19, que obliga la poblaci\u00f3 del pa\u00eds a quedar-se a casa per evitar el contagi de la malaltia i la saturaci\u00f3 dels centres sanitaris.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"widthResponsive\" src=\"http:\/\/esport.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/actualitat\/imatges\/fotos2020\/marc2020\/Imatges-Premsa_web.jpg_2076434743.jpg\" alt=\"sge\" width=\"512\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesrafaelcampalans\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1643\/2020\/03\/GUIA_GENTACTIVAddCASA-.pdf\">GUIA_GENTACTIVAddCASA-<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en situacions normals \u00e9s una eina necess\u00e0ria de promoci\u00f3 de la salut, prevenci\u00f3 i control de les malalties, ara que hem de passar tot el dia a casa encara \u00e9s m\u00e9s important dur-la a terme perqu\u00e8 desapareixen les rutines di\u00e0ries i no disposes de l\u2019espai natural per moure\u2019t\u201d, explica Gerard Figueras, secretari general de l\u2019Esport i de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Els missatges incorporen, d\u2019una banda, la recomanaci\u00f3 gen\u00e8rica d\u2019incorporar h\u00e0bits saludables durant el per\u00edode de confinament a casa, com ara tenir cura d\u2019una bona alimentaci\u00f3, evitar el consum de tabac i d\u2019alcohol, pensar en positiu, fer activitat f\u00edsica i descansar b\u00e9, i de l\u2019altra, especifiquen consells i precaucions a l\u2019hora de realitzar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica dom\u00e8stica.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, es recomana fer entre 30 i 60 minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria; evitar estar m\u00e9s de 2 hores assegut\/da de forma continuada; fixar-se una rutina di\u00e0ria; comen\u00e7ar l\u2019activitat de forma progressiva, pas a pas i sumant minuts; vestir-se amb roba i cal\u00e7at c\u00f2modes, i hidratar-se b\u00e9 durant i despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;exercici.<\/p>\n<p>La campanya \u2018Gent activa des de casa!\u2019 proposa a la ciutadania combinar tres tipus d\u2019exercicis diferents. En primer lloc, activitats aer\u00f2biques, com ara fer servir la bicicleta est\u00e0tica, l\u2019el\u00b7l\u00edptica o la cinta rodant, o substituir-ho per c\u00f3rrer o caminar per casa, ballar i saltar a corda, que permeten activar les pulsacions i augmentar la circulaci\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia; en segon lloc, activitats de for\u00e7a, com ara abdominals, flexions, b\u00edceps i esquats per tonificar la musculatura i protegir els ossos, i, per \u00faltim, exercicis de flexibilitat i mobilitat articular, com ara estiraments de la musculatura, i de cames, esquena, tronc, bra\u00e7os i coll, i tamb\u00e9 mobilitat i rotacions articulars, que ajuden a prevenir lesions i a reduir el dolor de les articulacions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u00f3n consells f\u00e0cils de seguir per la ciutadania, per\u00f2 molt \u00fatils perqu\u00e8 cada persona es mantingui activa i eviti caure en el sedentarisme\u201d, afegeix Gerard Figueras. Les diverses peces animades, que tamb\u00e9 proposaran rutines adaptades a les capacitats de persones de totes les edats fetes per professionals de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica i de l\u2019esport, es difondran per les xarxes socials Facebook, Twitter i Instagram de la SGEAF, i portaran les etiquetes #gentactiva, #JoActuo i #JoEmQuedoACasa per refor\u00e7ar les iniciatives sorgides des del Govern i
