Des de la Generalitat de Catalunya s\u2019impulsa per quart any consecutiu la celebraci\u00f3 del Dia Mundial de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica (DMAF), el proper 6 d\u2019abril de 2013 o qualsevol dia compr\u00e8s entre el 3 i el 21 d\u2019abril.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: inherit;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Al nostre institut hem organitzat una s\u00e8rie d\u2019actes pel dimecres 10 d\u2019abril amb l\u2019objectiu \u201cd\u2019acumular 30 minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica cada dia\u201d i amb el sublema d\u2019aquest any \u201cActivitat f\u00edsica sense barreres\u201d.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: inherit;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">L\u2019objectiu de la diada \u00e9s promoure l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica entre tots els alumnes d\u2019ESO i el professorat del centre. Hi ha programades tres activitats a les quals els alumnes es podran apuntar. Una ser\u00e0 una Masterclass Aer\u00f2bic\/Funky, una altra ser\u00e0 una sortida amb bicicleta cap a Sant Juli\u00e0 i a Amer, i la tercera es tracta d\u2019una caminada pels voltants d\u2019Angl\u00e8s<\/span><br style=\"font-family: inherit;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><a name='more'><\/a>L\u2019exercici f\u00edsic programat per aquest dia especialment es far\u00e0 a les dues \u00faltimes hores de classe, entre les 13h i les 15h.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: inherit;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Salut i kms!<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">\u201cFalc\u00f3 de not\u00edcies\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proper dimecres 6 d\u2019abril \u00e9s el dia Mundial de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.
