Ben segur que ja heu sentit a parlar d\u2019aquest grup d\u2019alumnes anomenats del +de8: es tracta de nois i noies que en el curs o cursos anteriors han obtingut una mitjana de notes d\u2019excel\u00b7lent. Per aix\u00f2 el que els proposa l\u2019institut \u00e9s que, al marge del curr\u00edculum que ha de seguir l\u2019alumnat d\u2019ESO, els nois i noies puguin realitzar una s\u00e8rie d\u2019activitats acad\u00e8miques diferents de com es fan a l\u2019aula de manera habitual. Una de les raons d\u2019aquest fet \u00e9s, d\u2019una banda, perqu\u00e8 el grup t\u00e9 n\u00fameros limitats, i de l\u2019altra perqu\u00e8, a m\u00e9s de les notes, els alumnes han de demostrar una bona o excel\u00b7lent disposici\u00f3 per l\u2019estudi i una actitud proactiva. En principi el grup \u00e9s tancat per\u00f2 no \u00e9s impossible que en el segon trimestre puguin incorporar-se nous membres al grup. La recerca de l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia \u00e9s la voluntat d\u2019exig\u00e8ncia i d\u2019esfor\u00e7 continuat.
