A trav\u00e9s del Grup, s&#8217;impulsen diverses iniciatives per millorar el coneixement i la formaci\u00f3 sobre aquestes q\u00fcestions essencials per a l&#8217;inici i desenvolupament del futur de les persones joves.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, el Grup de Treball ha elaborat un document titulat \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/13_-_consell_relacions_laborals\/Espais_Dialeg\/Joves\/drets-i-deures-a-la-feina\/Drets-i-deures-a-la-feina_cat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Qu\u00e8 necessito saber del m\u00f3n laboral?<\/a>\u201d que t\u00e9 la finalitat d\u2019orientar i sensibilitzar a la joventut sobre com accedir al mercat laboral i qu\u00e8 cal tenir en compte durant tot el proc\u00e9s de contractaci\u00f3 i finalitzaci\u00f3 de la relaci\u00f3 laboral. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 l&#8217;objectiu de garantir que les persones joves disposin de recursos i eines per estar preparades amb relaci\u00f3 als\u00a0seus drets i deures en el m\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 amb aquest document, el Grup de Treball col\u00b7labora amb el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional en un projecte de formaci\u00f3 per a l&#8217;alumnat de 4t d&#8217;ESO. Aquest projecte inclou tres v\u00eddeos informatius en qu\u00e8 joves de l\u2019Institut Sant Quint\u00ed de Mediona responen a preguntes freq\u00fcents sobre el mercat laboral, com ara com accedir a una feina, qu\u00e8 fer despr\u00e9s de trobar una feina, i els passos a seguir en cas de perdre-la. Podreu trobar tota la informaci\u00f3 a la seva\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/alumnat\/que-necessito-saber-del-mon-laboral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e0gina d&#8217;acompanyament a l&#8217;alumnat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, tot aquest conjunt d&#8217;accions est\u00e0 alineat amb els\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/ca\/consell_relacions_laborals\/el_crl\/agenda-2030\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS) de l\u2019Agenda 2030<\/a>, destacant especialment els ODS\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/ca\/consell_relacions_laborals\/el_crl\/agenda-2030\/ods4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a>\u00a0(Educaci\u00f3 de qualitat), ODS\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/ca\/consell_relacions_laborals\/el_crl\/agenda-2030\/ods5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5<\/a>\u00a0(Igualtat de g\u00e8nere), ODS\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/ca\/consell_relacions_laborals\/el_crl\/agenda-2030\/ods8\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8<\/a>\u00a0(Treball digne i creixement econ\u00f2mic) i ODS\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/ca\/consell_relacions_laborals\/el_crl\/agenda-2030\/ods17\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">17<\/a>\u00a0(Alian\u00e7a pels objectius). Com i perqu\u00e8 em poden acomiadar?<\/button><\/div>\n<div>\n<h1>Qu\u00e8 necessito saber del m\u00f3n laboral?<\/h1>\n<div class=\"entry-content clear\">\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Consell de Relacions Laborals (CRL)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s un \u00f2rgan de concertaci\u00f3 i di\u00e0leg social en el que l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya i les organitzacions sindicals (CCOO i UGT) i empresarials (FOMENT i PIMEC) m\u00e9s representatives treballen conjuntament per a millorar els continguts dels convenis col\u00b7lectius catalans, dotar d\u2019eines pr\u00e0ctiques les empreses i la poblaci\u00f3 treballadora i fer el seguiment de les pol\u00edtiques laborals. Amb aquest prop\u00f2sit, es contribueix a augmentar els nivells de qualitat de l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 i la competitivitat i productivitat de les empreses del pa\u00eds, tot promovent la incorporaci\u00f3 de la responsabilitat social i la sostenibilitat en la seva gesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest marc, el\u00a0<strong>Grup de Treball de Joves i Treball<\/strong>, creat dins del CRL, t\u00e9 com a objectiu desenvolupar accions dirigides espec\u00edficament a les persones joves treballadores. Una de les seves prioritats \u00e9s la\u00a0<strong>informaci\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre els seus drets i deures a la feina<\/strong>\u00a0i, per a assolir aquest objectiu, s\u2019ha impulsat la difusi\u00f3 del document\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/13_-_consell_relacions_laborals\/Espais_Dialeg\/Joves\/drets-i-deures-a-la-feina\/Drets-i-deures-a-la-feina_cat.pdf\"><strong>\u201cQu\u00e8 necessito saber del m\u00f3n laboral?\u201d<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional s\u2019ha dissenyat un projecte que inclou diverses actuacions destinades a l\u2019alumnat de quart d\u2019ESO, al que pretenem informar i sensibilitzar sobre els drets i deures laborals d\u2019una manera pr\u00e0ctica i propera. Un dels pilars del projecte s\u00f3n<strong>\u00a0tres v\u00eddeos<\/strong>\u00a0fets amb nois i noies de l\u2019Institut Sant Quint\u00ed de Mediona, en el que responen a algunes de les preguntes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents sobre els drets i deures a la feina:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Com accedir al mercat laboral<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e8 cal fer despr\u00e9s de trobar feina<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aspectes a tenir en compte en cas de perdre o deixar la feina<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLdANJHn3jo8LPb7pj9C0VCseKz_Kd17Yd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Els v\u00eddeos<\/a>\u00a0tenen una durada m\u00e0xima de dos minuts i estan dissenyats per a captar l\u2019inter\u00e8s del jovent sobre aquestes q\u00fcestions.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels v\u00eddeos, es posa a disposici\u00f3 un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/1yt4mGj8U9?origin=lprLink\">q\u00fcestionari\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0que permet treballar de manera pr\u00e0ctica els tres blocs esmentats anteriorment. Aquest q\u00fcestionari s\u2019adre\u00e7a tant a l\u2019alumnat com al professorat i vol facilitar una reflexi\u00f3 conjunta i proporcionar eines per a guiar les persones joves en el seu cam\u00ed cap a la inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aquest conjunt d\u2019accions busca preparar l\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO per a afrontar els reptes que suposa el treball tant des del punt de vista dels drets com dels deures.
