Iniciem el tercer trimestre amb un repte clar: seguir acompnayant a tot l’alumnat i a les seres fam\u00edlies fent un seguimient emocional i amb propostes adequades a cada etapa i nivell.<\/h5>\n

      Seguiment a totes les fam\u00edlies pel benestar emocional de tot l’alumnat.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      Propostes adequades, coherents i amb sentit, per cada etapa i nivell educatiu.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      Avaluaci\u00f3 de les tasques realizades a partir del tercer trimestre.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

        Entenem l’avaluaci\u00f3 com un proc\u00e9s d’acompanyament per part dels docents a tot l’alumnat.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

        Els docents donarem feedback, prendrem decisions i farem noves propostes per aconseguir que tot l’alumnat segueixi avan\u00e7ant segons les seves possibilitats a cada moment.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

            Propostes penjades al web i enviades per correu electr\u00f2nic a totes les fam\u00edlies.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

            Planificaci\u00f3 de trobades virtuals amb el Moodle, Classroom, el Zoom…<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
          3. \n
            Seguiment amb trucades telef\u00f2niques des de les tutories.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
          4. \n
            \u00das del WhatsApp en l’etapa de secund\u00e0ria.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. \n
            Tots els membres de la comunitat educativa restem a la disposici\u00f3 de fam\u00edlies i alumnes.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
