Es va fundar amb el clar objectiu de millorar la formaci\u00f3 vit\u00edcola i enol\u00f2gica dels futurs t\u00e8cnics dels cellers que ara formen la D.O Montsant i la D.O.Q Priorat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Sala-de-tast.-bo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2034 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Sala-de-tast.-bo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"258\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Sala-de-tast.-bo.jpg 720w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Sala-de-tast.-bo-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Sala-de-tast.-bo-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 258px) 100vw, 258px\" \/><\/a>L\u2019any 1986, l&#8217;escola d&#8217;Enologia Jaume Ciurana s&#8217;incorpora al Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament format part de l&#8217;I.E.S Falset, que posteriorment s&#8217;anomenaria Institut Priorat, nom que preval fins els nostres dies.<\/p>\n<p>En la seva primera etapa, impartia els antics estudis de Formaci\u00f3 Professional (FP) de primer i segon grau, amb car\u00e0cter purament enol\u00f2gic. No va ser fins al curs 98-99 que es va instaurar el CFGM d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de vins i d&#8217;altres begudes; incorporant-se al curs 01-02 el grau superior especialitzat en enologia. L\u2019any 2010 s\u2019inicia el cicle de grau mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;olis i vins i el cicle de grau superior de vitivinicultura, gr\u00e0cies a canvis realitzats en els curr\u00edculums dels cicles de la fam\u00edlia d&#8217;ind\u00fastries aliment\u00e0ries<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"2\"><\/a>ESTUDIS<br \/>\n<\/strong>En aquest moment, a l&#8217;escola d&#8217;Enologia de l&#8217;Institut Priorat es realitzen el cicle de grau mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;olis i vins i el cicle de grau superior en vitivinicultura. Els dos cicles tenen la possibilitat de realitzar-se <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/xafant-ra\u00efm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2036 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/xafant-ra\u00efm.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/xafant-ra\u00efm.jpg 345w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/xafant-ra\u00efm-300x191.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 296px) 100vw, 296px\" \/><\/a>en formaci\u00f3 Dual.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests estudis tenen una durada de dos anys i s\u00f3n de car\u00e0cter presencial.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"3\"><\/a>MARC HORARI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els dos cicles tenen el mateix marc horari. Les classes s\u00f3n de dilluns a divendres. S&#8217;inicien a les 8.50 h i finalitzen a les 13.50 o a les\u00a014.45 segons dia de la setmana.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"4\"><\/a>INSTAL\u00b7LACIONS DE L&#8217;ESCOLA D&#8217;ENOLOGIA DE L&#8217;INSTITUT PRIORAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;escola d&#8217;enologia es troba a l&#8217;edifici de l&#8217;ala esquerra de l&#8217;Institut Priorat. En aquest edifici podem trobar els seg\u00fcents espais.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-bodega.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2029 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-bodega.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"303\" height=\"254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-bodega.jpg 681w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-bodega-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 303px) 100vw, 303px\" \/><\/a>Zona de vinificaci\u00f3<\/strong>: La zona de vinificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un espai completament equipat perqu\u00e8 els alumnes puguin realitzar el proc\u00e9s de vinificaci\u00f3 del ra\u00efm. Aquest espai disposa d&#8217;un volum de vinificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aproximadament 6000 litres de vi. Quan arriba la primavera i la vinificaci\u00f3 ja est\u00e0 totalment acabada, aquest espai\u00a0\u00e9s\u00a0aprofitat\u00a0pels\u00a0alumnes del grau\u00a0mitj\u00e0\u00a0d&#8217;olis i vins per elaborar cervesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zona d&#8217;embotellament<\/strong>. La zona d&#8217;embotellament\u00a0\u00e9s un espai separat de la zona de vinificaci\u00f3 on els alumnes embotellen el vi que ells mateixos han realitzat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Celler<\/strong>. Sota la zona de vinificaci\u00f3 i semisoterrat, es troba el celler de l&#8217;escola. En el celler els alumnes realitzaran el seguiment de la crian\u00e7a dels vins i dels vins escumosos que es realitzen a l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Finca-Institut.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2028 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Finca-Institut.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"276\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Finca-Institut.jpg 518w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Finca-Institut-300x234.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 276px) 100vw, 276px\" \/><\/a>Zona de destil\u00b7laci\u00f3<\/strong>: A\u00a0la part alta de la zona de vinificaci\u00f3 hi ha situada la zona de destil\u00b7laci\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed, els alumnes aprenen a destil\u00b7lar vi, subproductes vit\u00edcoles i d&#8217;altres productes com poden ser cereals per elaborar els aiguardents que seran la base del Brandy i el\u00a0 Whisky que es produeix a l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aules<\/strong>: L&#8217;escola d&#8217;enologia disposa de quatre aules ordin\u00e0ries equipades amb ordinador i projector. En aquestes aules\u00a0\u00e9s\u00a0realitzar la formaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica dels ensenyaments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratori de qu\u00edmica:<\/strong> L&#8217;alumne disposar\u00e0 d&#8217;un laboratori de qu\u00edmica on aprendr\u00e0 a realitzar els an\u00e0lisis qu\u00edmics enol\u00f2gics b\u00e0sics per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels diferents vins.<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-micro.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2030 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-micro.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"311\" height=\"175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-micro.jpg 600w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Foto-micro-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 311px) 100vw, 311px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratori de microbiologia<\/strong>: El laboratori de microbiologia \u00e9s un espai polivalent que s&#8217;utilitza com a aula ordin\u00e0ria, aula de tast d&#8217;olis, laboratori de microbiologia i \u00e9s l&#8217;espai on es troba un petit mol\u00ed per extreure oli d&#8217;oliva. En aquest mol\u00ed s&#8217;extreu l&#8217;oli que produeix l&#8217;institut.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Verema.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2035 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Verema.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"249\" height=\"187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Verema.jpg 979w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Verema-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Verema-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespriorat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu502\/2020\/11\/Verema-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 249px) 100vw, 249px\" \/><\/a>Sala de tast<\/strong>: L&#8217;escola d&#8217;Enologia disposa d&#8217;una aula de tast on tots els alumnes coneixeran les bases de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi sensorial per aprendran a tastar vins tot tipus de vins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finca<\/strong>: L&#8217;escola d&#8217;Enologia disposa d&#8217;una finca d&#8217;aproximadament una hect\u00e0rea on els alumnes realitzen les pr\u00e0ctiques de viticultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"5\"><\/a>REQUISITS PER A L&#8217;ACC\u00c9S<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El departament d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 fixat els criteris per a poder accedir als cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 (<a href=\"http:\/\/queestudiar.gencat.cat\/ca\/estudis\/fp\/cicles-families\/industries-alimentaries\/?p_id=91&amp;estudi\">enlla\u00e7<\/a>) i de grau superior (<a href=\"http:\/\/queestudiar.gencat.cat\/ca\/estudis\/fp\/cicles-families\/industries-alimentaries\/?p_id=163&amp;estudi\">enlla\u00e7<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"6\"><\/a>PREINSCRIPCI\u00d3 I MATR\u00cdCULA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El departament d&#8217;ensenyament anualment fixa les dates de prescripci\u00f3 i de matr\u00edcula dels cicles formatius en la seva p\u00e0gina web.<\/p>\n<p>La matr\u00edcula dels cicles formatius no necess\u00e0riament ha de ser d&#8217;un curs sencer. Hi ha la possibilitat de matricular-se per m\u00f2duls (assignatures) o incl\u00fas per parts d&#8217;aquests m\u00f2duls. En cas de dubte, us agrair\u00edem que us possessiu en contacte amb l&#8217;Institut.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"7\"><\/a>XARXES ON EST\u00c0 INSCRITA L&#8217;ESCOLA D&#8217;ENOLOGIA DE L&#8217;INSTITUT PRIORAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;escola d&#8217;Enologia, com la resta de l&#8217;Institut Priorat, est\u00e0 dins la xarxa de qualitat del Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament. L&#8217;Institut Priorat ha obtingut la certificaci\u00f3 ISO 2001-2015. L&#8217;escola d&#8217;enologia tamb\u00e9 ha obtingut la carta Erasmus d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 superior.
