Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia ha servit com a s\u00edntesi del treball de desenvolupament fins ara, el qual ha consistit en el disseny i execuci\u00f3 d&#8217;un pla d&#8217;entrenament a fi de millorar la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Podem dir, avui m\u00e9s que mai, que l&#8217;alumnat ha suat de valent!<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, aquesta sortida s&#8217;engloba dins de dues de les l\u00ednies mestres de l&#8217;assignatura: fomentar els h\u00e0bits saludables i apropar entorns de pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica a l&#8217;alumnat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui l&#8217;alumnat de 4t d&#8217;ESO ha vivenciat una classe dirigida al gimn\u00e0s del Pont de Suert.
