L\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO de la mat\u00e8ria de Filosofia<\/strong> ha iniciat un projecte d\u2019introspecci\u00f3 personal a trav\u00e9s del diari filos\u00f2fic \u201cQui soc jo?\u201d<\/strong>, una activitat que convida a la reflexi\u00f3 sobre la identitat personal<\/strong> i els factors que intervenen en la seva construcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de preguntes i exercicis guiats, l\u2019alumnat analitza elements com la fam\u00edlia, les amistats, la societat o les experi\u00e8ncies vitals<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de comprendre millor com es forma el propi jo i com aquest evoluciona al llarg del temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquesta proposta fomenta el pensament cr\u00edtic<\/strong>, l\u2019autoconeixement<\/strong> i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional<\/strong>, ajudant els joves a desenvolupar una mirada m\u00e9s reflexiva i emp\u00e0tica envers ells mateixos i els altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
