Avui l\u2019alumnat de 2n de Batxillerat ha pogut gaudir, un any m\u00e9s, de les Confer\u00e8ncies Fulbright en lengua Anglesa, impulsades pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 en col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 amb el Consolat dels Estats Units.
\nAquest curs ens ha acompanyat la Kety Gaid, estudiant estadounidenca, que ens ha parlat de com gestionar l\u2019estr\u00e9s, sobre tot per fer front a la dura \u00e8poca d\u2019ex\u00e0mens que viu el nostre alumnat.
\nHan fet exercisis de respiraci\u00f3 i els ha donat consells per tenir una vida saludable tenint en compte la salut mental i el benestar emocional.

Today, our 2nd Batxillerat students have, once again, enjoyed the Fulbright Conferences in English, organized by the Department of Education in collaboration with the Consulate of the United States. This year, we had Kety Gaid, a North American student, who talked about how to manage stress, especially during the tough exam period that our students are experiencing. They practiced breathing exercises and she provided them with tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, taking into account mental health and emotional well-being. Thank you, Kety!
