{"id":1167,"date":"2024-05-30T10:24:43","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T08:24:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespompeufabra-bdn\/?p=1167"},"modified":"2024-05-31T11:58:38","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T09:58:38","slug":"planificacio-i-creacio-dun-prototip-de-motor-pneumatic-emulant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespompeufabra-bdn\/portada\/planificacio-i-creacio-dun-prototip-de-motor-pneumatic-emulant\/","title":{"rendered":"Planificaci\u00f3 i creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un prototip de motor pneum\u00e0tic"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Durant aproximadament nou mesos, els cinc membres de l&#8217;equip de projecte del cicle de Grau Superior en Programaci\u00f3 de la Producci\u00f3 en Fabricaci\u00f3 Mec\u00e0nica, han dut a terme la planificaci\u00f3 i creaci\u00f3\u00a0d&#8217;un prototip de motor pneum\u00e0tic\u00a0emulant una empresa fict\u00edcia anomenada\u00a0&#8220;Mecafusion&#8221;.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Per aconseguir els seus objectius, han aplicat tots\u00a0els coneixements adquirits en la creaci\u00f3 i dibuix de pl\u00e0nols, determinaci\u00f3 de processos de fabricaci\u00f3, organitzaci\u00f3 de la producci\u00f3, fabricaci\u00f3 de peces mitjan\u00e7ant centres\u00a0de control num\u00e8ric\u00a0(CNC) i programaci\u00f3 assistida per ordinador CAD\/CAM, aix\u00ed com la confecci\u00f3 de pressupostos\u00a0econ\u00f2mics\u00a0de la tra\u00e7abilitat i viabilitat del conjunt mec\u00e0nic, recollits\u00a0en un dossier\u00a0final.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Enfrontant un desafiament t\u00e8cnic considerable, han resolt en equip, juntament amb l&#8217;equip docent implicat, tots els obstacles trobats amb determinaci\u00f3 i comprom\u00eds. Sense dubte ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia molt propera a l&#8217;entorn real de treball, enfortint la confian\u00e7a dels nostres alumnes una vegada que surten al mercat
