{"id":791,"date":"2024-02-26T21:44:51","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T20:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespompeufabra-bdn\/?page_id=791"},"modified":"2026-02-04T15:55:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T14:55:51","slug":"qualitat-iso-9100","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespompeufabra-bdn\/linstitut\/qualitat-iso-9100\/","title":{"rendered":"Qualitat (ISO 9001)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"content-core\">\n<div id=\"main\">\n<div id=\"main-core\">\n<article id=\"post-2109\" class=\"post-2109 page type-page status-publish hentry\">\n<h2><strong>Pol\u00edtica de qualitat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019institut Pompeu Fabra aposta per una pol\u00edtica de qualitat que t\u00e9 com a objectius:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Satisfer les expectatives i les necessitats dels alumnes oferint-los una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat basada en el Projecte Educatiu de Centre i d\u2019acord amb la missi\u00f3, la visi\u00f3 i els valors de l\u2019Institut<\/li>\n<li>Satisfer les expectatives i necessitats dels grups d\u2019inter\u00e8s (fam\u00edlies, treballadors del centre, empreses, administraci\u00f3\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Crear i mantenir la qualitat en l\u2019ensenyament, tenint en compte la dimensi\u00f3 personal de l\u2019alumnat, la dimensi\u00f3 familiar, la dimensi\u00f3 professional i la dimensi\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L\u2019institut Pompeu Fabra, doncs, desenvolupa un sistema de gesti\u00f3 de la qualitat implementant un pla estrat\u00e8gic basat en el cicle de millora cont\u00ednua (planificar, fer, avaluar i actuar) per tal de respondre amb efic\u00e0cia a les necessitats i i a les expectatives dels nostres alumnes. La present pol\u00edtica de qualitat \u00e9s el marc per a l\u2019establiment dels objectius del centre.<\/p>\n<p>El comprom\u00eds de la qualitat afecta tota l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre i tota la comunitat educativa, que accepta aquest repte i assumeix la responsabilitat de participar activament en el desenvolupament i la millora de la qualitat; i tamb\u00e9 s\u2019obliga al compliment de qualsevol requisit legal.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019institut Pompeu Fabra revisa peri\u00f2dicament la seva pol\u00edtica de qualitat i en fa un seguiment constant, a fi de garantir els resultats establerts.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019institut Pompeu Fabra difon la seva pol\u00edtica de qualitat a trav\u00e9s de diversos \u00e0mbits (Web, Projecte educatiu\u2026) perqu\u00e8 sigui coneguda i entesa pel claustre de professors i la resta de la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Projecte de Qualitat i Millora Continua (PQiMC)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Missi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Som un Institut p\u00fablic del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya que ofereix ensenyament secundari obligatori (ESO) i ensenyaments postobligatoris de batxillerat i de formaci\u00f3 professional.<\/p>\n<p>Oferim una formaci\u00f3 integral de qualitat -tenint en compte aspectes com la diversitat, la inclusi\u00f3 i la coeducaci\u00f3-, que permet que l\u2019alumnat adquireixi les compet\u00e8ncies que afavoreixen la seva promoci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i la seva posterior inserci\u00f3 laboral i promoci\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n<p>Volem ajudar la societat, que necessita persones formades, aut\u00f2nomes, conscients, responsables, competents i compromeses.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Volem esdevenir un Institut caracteritzat per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un\u00a0<b>clima de centre harm\u00f2nic<\/b>, fonamental en la cordialitat al mateix temps que en el respecte, que promogui la resoluci\u00f3 dialogada dels conflictes i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 integral de l\u2019alumnat, en un context d\u2019empatia i comprom\u00eds del professorat.<\/li>\n<li>Una\u00a0<b>formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica de qualitat,\u00a0<\/b>que -desenvolupant l\u2019oferta d\u2019ensenyaments obligatoris i postobligatoris-, respongui \u00e0mpliament a les necessitats de la societat i de l\u2019entorn, que permeti la promoci\u00f3 i la inserci\u00f3 laboral de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Una\u00a0<b>bona valoraci\u00f3<\/b>\u00a0de l\u2019alumnat, del professorat, de les fam\u00edlies, de les empreses i de les institucions, per la qualitat del tracte i per la qualitat dels ensenyaments.<\/li>\n<li>Una aposta decidida per l\u2019\u00fas responsable de les\u00a0<b>noves tecnologies<\/b>, tant a l\u2019aula com en la gesti\u00f3 del propi centre.<\/li>\n<li>Una\u00a0<b>gesti\u00f3 basada en el lideratge distribu\u00eft<\/b>, que busca l\u2019autonomia i el comprom\u00eds de les persones, no tan sols delegant funcions i responsabilitats simples i concretes, sin\u00f3 transferint aquest lideratge a partir de la confian\u00e7a i la visi\u00f3 compartida.<\/li>\n<li>Ser un\u00a0<b>centre de refer\u00e8ncia a la seva zona d\u2019influ\u00e8ncia\u00a0<\/b>en tots els ensenyaments que ofereix.<\/li>\n<li>Ser un\u00a0<b>centre obert\u00a0<\/b>que acull l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies i els ofereix suport i orientaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Ser un centre<b>\u00a0<\/b>que aposta plenament pel\u00a0<b>respecte al medi ambient.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Valors<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019aposta per l\u2019educaci\u00f3 integral; \u00e9s a dir, aquella que t\u00e9 una pretensi\u00f3 de totalitat, adre\u00e7ant-se no tan sols a les facultats intel\u00b7lectuals, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a les f\u00edsiques, les afectives i les socials.<\/li>\n<li>El foment de la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 individual i col\u00b7lectiu i el gust per la feina ben feta.<\/li>\n<li>La gesti\u00f3 basada, en el treball en equip i en el comprom\u00eds de cadascun dels professionals del centre, en un ambient de treball que afavoreixi la participaci\u00f3 activa i creativa.<\/li>\n<li>El tractament de la diversitat que permeti la inclusivitat i promogui la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats.<\/li>\n<li>El comprom\u00eds amb la comunicaci\u00f3 flu\u00efda entre els grups d\u2019inter\u00e8s (alumnat, professorat, fam\u00edlies, institucions\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019educaci\u00f3 en la pau, la toler\u00e0ncia i el respecte a la diversitat, l\u2019entorn i el medi ambient.
