{"id":714,"date":"2024-02-26T21:10:39","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T20:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespompeufabra-bdn\/?page_id=714"},"modified":"2024-02-26T21:10:39","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T20:10:39","slug":"exempcions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespompeufabra-bdn\/exempcions\/","title":{"rendered":"Exempcions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019exempci\u00f3 sempre s\u2019ha de considerar com una excepcionalitat, perqu\u00e8 les pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n un cr\u00e8dit o m\u00f2dul essencial en la formaci\u00f3 professio-nal de l\u2019alumnat, ja que preveu dos grans objectius:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>completar l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de la compet\u00e8ncia professional assolida en el cicle formatiu (objectiu de qualificaci\u00f3 professional);<\/li>\n<li>facilitar la incorporaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat al m\u00f3n laboral (objectiu d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el cas que l\u2019alumnat acrediti haver assolit aquests objectius b\u00e0sics de manera parcial o total mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia laboral, pot demanar l\u2019exempci\u00f3 total o parcial de les pr\u00e0ctiques.<br \/>\nNo es poden sumar dues exempcions parcials.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Termini<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les exempcions es poden tramitar en qualsevol moment del curs o dels cursos del cicle formatiu, abans de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 final ordin\u00e0ria.<br \/>\nEs recomana tramitar les exempcions a l\u2019inici del curs acad\u00e8mic.<br \/>\nEl darrer dia per presentar la sol\u00b7licitut d\u2019exempci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 l\u2019\u00faltim dia d\u2019abril. Si es presenta m\u00e9s tard d\u2019aquesta data, no es podr\u00e0 incloure a les qualificacions fins el curs seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 per sol\u00b7licitar l\u2019exempci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En primer lloc, l\u2019alumnat s\u2019ha de posar en contacte amb el tutor que \u00e9s qui l\u2019orientar\u00e0 en tot el proc\u00e9s i li facilitar\u00e0 el full de sol\u00b7licitud.<br \/>\nLa sol\u00b7licitud i la resta de documentaci\u00f3 acreditativa l\u2019ha de lliurar l\u2019interessat a secretaria personalment.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tipus d\u2019exempcions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>A.- Exempci\u00f3 total per experi\u00e8ncia laboral<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019exempci\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>100%\u00a0<\/strong>del total de les hores del cr\u00e8dit o m\u00f2dul del cicle s\u2019atorga si l\u2019alumne acredita l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia professional corresponent a un nombre d\u2019hores igual o superior a les del cr\u00e8dit o m\u00f2dul de formaci\u00f3 en un centre de treball, relacionada amb l\u2019\u00e0mbit professional i de treball i les principals ocupacions i llocs de treball del cicle formatiu.<br \/>\n<u>Relaci\u00f3 de documents acreditatius<\/u><br \/>\nCom a m\u00ednim s\u2019ha de presentar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informe de vida laboral em\u00e8s per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<li>Certificat o informe de l\u2019entitat o empresa (signat, segelllat i amb el NIF), on constin les hores d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia laboral, que detalli l\u2019activitat, les funcions i les tasques que ha realitzat l\u2019alumne. Aquestes funcions i activitats han d\u2019estar directament relacionades amb el pla d\u2019activitats del cicle formatiu que est\u00e0 realitzant.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipompeufabra.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Certificat-dempresa-dhores-de-treball.pdf\">(Model de certificat)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>La sol\u00b7licitud s\u2019ha de presentar per escrit i ha d\u2019anar acompanyada dels documents acreditatius corresponents que es descriuen en cadascun dels sup\u00f2sits d\u2019exempci\u00f3.<br \/>\nEl o la responsable del centre docent pot sol\u00b7licitar altres documents per tal de comprovar les compet\u00e8ncies o l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia corresponent al treball.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La documentaci\u00f3 ha de ser l\u2019original.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.-\u00a0Exempci\u00f3 parcial per experi\u00e8ncia laboral<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019exempci\u00f3 parcial del\u00a0<strong>50%\u00a0<\/strong>del total de les hores del cr\u00e8dit o m\u00f2dul del cicle s\u2019atorga si l\u2019alumnat acredita l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia professional corresponent a un nombre d\u2019hores igual o superior al 50% de les del cr\u00e8dit o m\u00f2dul de formaci\u00f3 en centres de treball, relacionada amb l\u2019\u00e0mbit professional i de treball i les principals ocupacions i llocs de treball del cicle formatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Relaci\u00f3 de documents acreditatius. S\u2019ha d\u2019acreditar, com a m\u00ednim, el doble de les hores del cr\u00e8dit o m\u00f2dul de pr\u00e0ctiques del cicle formatiu del qual se sol\u00b7licita l\u2019exempci\u00f3.<br \/>\n<u>Relaci\u00f3 de documents acreditatius<\/u><br \/>\nS\u2019ha de presentar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informe de vida laboral em\u00e8s per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<li>La sol\u00b7licitud s\u2019ha de presentar per escrit i ha d\u2019anar acompanyada del document acreditatiu corresponent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La documentaci\u00f3 ha de ser l\u2019original.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.- Exempci\u00f3 de 100 hores en la distribuci\u00f3 conjunta (3\u00d72)<\/strong><br \/>\nEn el cas de l\u2019alumnat que realitza la distribuci\u00f3 conjunta (3\u00d72) de Programaci\u00f3 de la producci\u00f3 en fabricaci\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica i de Disseny en fabricaci\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica pot sol\u00b7licitar una exempci\u00f3 de 100 hores de la formaci\u00f3 en centres de treball.<br \/>\n<u>Relaci\u00f3 de documents acreditatius<\/u><br \/>\nS\u2019ha de presentar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La sol\u00b7licitud s\u2019ha de presentar per escrit i ha d\u2019anar acompanyada del document acreditatiu corresponent.<\/li>\n<li>Certificat de qualificacions del cicle formatiu realitzat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La documentaci\u00f3 ha de ser
