This year we have a new member at our school: Kahina Abbott. One of our main objectives is to improve the learning of languages, to promote the plurilingualism and the knowledge of other cultures.\u00a0 For this reason, this course we participate in a program of language assistants created by MECD (Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte). As a native, Kahina will encourage our students not just to learn English but also to know other ways of life and other traditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFour high school students welcomed Kahina. We showed her around the school and talked to her in English. She will help us practice our pronunciation in English and improve our speaking skills. We are really looking forward to it!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Aquest any el nostre centre compta amb un nou membre: la Kahina Abbott<\/b>. El projecte educatiu de l\u2019Institut Poliny\u00e0 contempla com un dels seus principals objectius la millora de l\u2019aprenentatge de les lleng\u00fces, el foment del pluriling\u00fcisme i el coneixement d\u2019altres cultures. \u00c9s per aquest motiu que aquest curs participem en el programa d\u2019auxiliars<\/b> de<\/b> conversa<\/b> impulsat pel MECD (Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte). Com\u00a0 a parlant nativa, la Kahina no nom\u00e9s estimular\u00e0 l\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019angl\u00e8s entre els nostres alumnes, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 els permetr\u00e0 aprendre altres maneres de viure, altres costums i altres formes d\u2019entendre el m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cQuatre estudiants de secund\u00e0ria vam donar la benvinguda a la Kahina. Li vam ensenyar l’institut i vam parlar-li en angl\u00e8s.
