El nostre projecte pret\u00e9n promoure, mitjan\u00e7ant una metodologia activa, el ple desenvolupament de la personalitat dels alumnes mitjan\u00e7ant una formaci\u00f3 humana integral,\u00a0afavorir l\u2019esperit de recerca, creativitat i rigor intel\u00b7lectual, i\u00a0atendre la diversitat de l&#8217;alumnat amb tots els recursos necessaris.\u00a0Acceptem com a valors positius i necessaris\u00a0la llibertat, la solidaritat, el respecte, la igualtat i la toler\u00e0ncia,\u00a0l\u2019esfor\u00e7 personal, l\u2019esperit cr\u00edtic i la responsabilitat de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els mitjans amb els quals ens proposem assolir aquests objectius s\u00f3n la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en el seu propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, la participaci\u00f3 en el centre de tota la comunitat educativa, la potenciaci\u00f3 en els docents del seu paper d\u2019orientadors i estimuladors del proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament \/ aprenentatge, la\u00a0orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat\u00a0tant des d&#8217;una perspectiva acad\u00e8mica com laboral, i, finalment, una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 estreta amb tot l&#8217;entorn social i institucional del centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pel que fa a objectius concrets\u00a0d&#8217;ensenyament \/ aprenentatge, l&#8217;INS Pla de l&#8217;Estany:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>potencia la lectura i l&#8217;escriptura,<\/li>\n<li>potencia l&#8217;ensenyament de les lleng\u00fces,<\/li>\n<li>integra les noves tecnologies en les activitats del centre,<\/li>\n<li>es fonamenta cada vegada m\u00e9s en l&#8217;ensenyament de les compet\u00e8ncies,<\/li>\n<li>porta a terme tota mena d&#8217;activitats fora del centre, com sortides, excursions, confer\u00e8ncies, teatre, &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>potencia la participaci\u00f3 en activitats esportives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Projecte educatiu de centre\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespladelestany\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu35\/2024\/04\/PEC-1.pdf\">PEC<\/a>, inclou: Projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic i Carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespladelestany\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu35\/2024\/06\/PEC_Politica-de-Qualitat.pdf\">Pol\u00edtica de Qualitat<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespladelestany\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu35\/2025\/03\/9001-CAT-INSTITUT-PLA-DE-LESTANY-p_signed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Certificat de Qualitat<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Annexos al PEC\n<ul>\n<li>Projecte SOM-HI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Institut Pla de l\u2019Estany \u00e9s una instituci\u00f3 de titularitat p\u00fablica, aconfessional i pluralista, que respecta i potencia els valors democr\u00e0tics.
