Algun dia has pensat \u00a0treballar en una altra professi\u00f3?<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, fins ara no. Hi ha dies que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s bons i dies que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s dolents, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 suposo que passa a totes les professions, per\u00f2 jo no me&#8217;n penedeixo d\u2019haver triat aquesta feina i, de moment, no me n\u2019he cansat. Naturalment \u00e9s passen temporades m\u00e9s bones o m\u00e9s dolentes, per\u00f2 de moment no me\u2019n penedeixo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>T\u2019agradaria ser director en aquest institut? <\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, jo ja he fet de director, per\u00f2 no a l\u2019institut sin\u00f3 a l\u2019escola i en el Camp d\u2019Aprenentatge, on tamb\u00e9 vaig ser-hi tres o quatre anys, i \u00e9s una feina que s\u2019ha de fer, perqu\u00e8 l\u00f2gicament hi ha d\u2019haver un equip de persones, que \u00e9s l\u2019equip directiu, que tiren endavant el centre\u2026 A veure, si fos estrictament necessari, no et dir\u00e9 que no, per\u00f2 jo ara, d\u2019entrada, presentar-me de director no ho far\u00e9 pas. Els que hi ha ja ho fan molt b\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>Et sents a gust amb els alumnes?<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si em sento a gust amb els alumnes&#8230; Sou molt divertits; naturalment hi ha moments que et poses seri\u00f3s, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 ja forma part de la feina.
