El marc normatiu d\u2019aquest proc\u00e9s \u00e9s la Resoluci\u00f3 EDF\/2520\/2025, de 30 de juny, que estableix tant el calendari com el r\u00e8gim del proc\u00e9s electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019acord amb aquesta resoluci\u00f3, l<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es eleccions es duran a terme durant el primer trimestre del curs i comen\u00e7aran el 27 d\u2019octubre de 2025<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persones que han de renovar el seu c\u00e0rrec <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de representaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les persones que van ser escollides en la convocat\u00f2ria del 2021 i finalitzaven la seva representaci\u00f3 el 2025,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les persones que substitueixin algun membre que finalitzava mandat i que acabava la seva representaci\u00f3 el 2025 o que no va prorrogar-la.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>VACANTS:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 representant del sector PAS (Personal d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i Serveis)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a01 representant del sector PAE (Personal d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Educativa)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 representant de l\u2019AFA (Associaci\u00f3 de fam\u00edlies d\u2019alumnes)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 representant del sector d\u2019alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a05 representants del sector professorat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>CALENDARI:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">27 d\u2019octubre: publicaci\u00f3 del cens electoral<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reclamacions del 28 al 30 d\u2019octubre.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publicaci\u00f3 de les vacants<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentaci\u00f3 de candidatures fins els dia 10 de novembre de 2025.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorteig de les meses electorals: 4 de novembre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constituci\u00f3 de les meses electorals: 5 de novembre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publicaci\u00f3 de les candidatures: 12 de novembre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Votacions professorat \/ PAS \/ PAE: 19 de novembre &#8211; Claustre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Votacions alumnat: 20 de novembre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fi del per\u00edode electoral: 21 de novembre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constituci\u00f3 del nou Consell Escolar: 2 de desembre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>QUI POT SER CANDIDAT O CANDIDATA??<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sector de professorat:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tots els membres del claustre, llevat del professorat substitut. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sector de pares, mares o tutors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: els pares, mares o tutors d&#8217;alumnes del centre, que n\u2019exerceixen la p\u00e0tria potestat o la tutela i que figuren en el cens electoral corresponent. Les candidatures poden presentar-se acompanyades de l\u2019aval d\u2019una associaci\u00f3 de pares i mares d\u2019alumnes o d\u2019una relaci\u00f3 de pares i mares. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sector d&#8217;alumnes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tot l\u2019alumnat del centre que figura en el cens electoral corresponent i que no hagi estat objecte de sanci\u00f3 per conducta greument perjudicial per a la conviv\u00e8ncia del centre durant l\u2019actual curs escolar o l\u2019immediatament anterior.
