{"id":536,"date":"2018-07-23T22:37:23","date_gmt":"2018-07-23T20:37:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesperealsius\/?page_id=536"},"modified":"2020-07-25T11:33:45","modified_gmt":"2020-07-25T09:33:45","slug":"carta-de-compromis-educatiu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesperealsius\/projecte-educatiu\/carta-de-compromis-educatiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019article 20 de la LEC (2009) defineix la carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu com el document que expressa els objectius per assolir un entorn de conviv\u00e8ncia i respecte pel desenvolupament de les activitats educatives de l\u2019institut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1HcvogtBA-UpTJkCYdGFJjit1FnelYIuK\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu de l\u2019INS Pere Alsius i Torrent<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mitjan\u00e7ant aquest document es vol\u00a0<strong>potenciar la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels seus fills i filles<\/strong>. La carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu formalitza la corresponsabilitat entre el centre educatiu i les fam\u00edlies per dur a terme una acci\u00f3 coherent i coordinada en el desenvolupament personal, acad\u00e8mic i social de cada alumne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cada centre ha de concretar la seva carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu, respectant els drets i les llibertats de les fam\u00edlies que es preveuen en la legislaci\u00f3 vigent. Els principals objectius d\u2019aquest document formal han de ser:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Millorar la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3 entre el centre i les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vincular el centre i la fam\u00edlia, mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Implicar la fam\u00edlia en l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de les mesures educatives alternatives o complement\u00e0ries que s\u2019escaiguin per atendre les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Fomentar la conviv\u00e8ncia i el bon clima escolar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En consell escolar del nostre centre, va aprovar la carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu de l\u2019Institut Pere Alsius. Com a novetat, respecte al que indica la normativa legal, es va considerar que l\u2019alumnat tamb\u00e9 havia de signar el comprom\u00eds, de manera que es responsabilitz\u00e9s activament en el seu proc\u00e9s formatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Per tant, aquesta carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu, la signen el director del centre, l\u2019alumne\/a i el pare, la mare o tutor o tutora legal de l\u2019alumne o alumna, de l\u2019altra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">De la carta, se n\u2019han de signar dues c\u00f2pies, una per al centre i una altra per a la fam\u00edlia.
