{"id":1150,"date":"2021-01-10T17:31:17","date_gmt":"2021-01-10T16:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespauclaris\/?page_id=1150"},"modified":"2023-06-21T22:47:50","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T20:47:50","slug":"acompanyament","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iespauclaris\/essencials\/acompanyament\/","title":{"rendered":"Acompanyament personalitzat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019<\/span><b>acci\u00f3 tutorial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s un pilar en el nostre projecte educatiu per aix\u00f2 tots els docents desenvolupem dos rols amb els alumnes: una <\/span><b>funci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> referida als aprenentatges, i una <\/span><b>funci\u00f3 orientadora<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> com a tutors personals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019aprenent \u00e9s constructor del seu coneixement, pren <\/span><b>consci\u00e8ncia <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del seu proc\u00e9s i <\/span><b>reflexiona <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobre les seves capacitats i habilitats per marcar-se objectius d&#8217;aprenentatge amb l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 del tutor personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tots els docents del centre som <\/span><b>tutors personals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u2019un nombre redu\u00eft d\u2019alumnes, d\u2019aquesta manera podem acompanyar l\u2019alumnat en la reflexi\u00f3 sobre el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica de manera individual i personalitzada, mitjan\u00e7ant el <\/span><b>pla personal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>pla personal <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9s una eina de millora, seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019alumnat, mitjan\u00e7ant la <\/span><b>reflexi\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>l\u2019autoconeixement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i el <\/span><b>comprom\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de l\u2019aprenent en el seu propi proc\u00e9s educatiu i en el seu creixement personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al Pau Claris proposem moments en qu\u00e8 es plantegen coneixements a partir dels <\/span><b>interessos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i <\/span><b>contextos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dels alumnes: els projectes, els t\u00f2pics, els enc\u00e0rrecs de centre, les comissions, el servei comunitari, la coral del pati, les propostes de recerca, entre d\u2019altres, s\u00f3n oportunitats de <\/span><b>personalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/v38UrGIEia4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial \u00e9s un pilar en el nostre projecte educatiu per aix\u00f2 tots els docents desenvolupem dos rols amb els alumnes: una funci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica referida als aprenentatges, i una funci\u00f3 orientadora com a tutors personals.<br \/>\nL\u2019aprenent \u00e9s constructor del seu coneixement, pren consci\u00e8ncia del seu proc\u00e9s&hellip;
