Aquest ser\u00e0 el tercer curs que\u00a0 hi participarem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>QU\u00c8 \u00c9S LA GIMNASTRADA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La Gimnastrada \u00e9s un festival-exhibici\u00f3 on es presenten activitats esportives que es puguin acompanyar amb m\u00fasica.<\/li>\n<li>Hi ha molts nivells d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 (grups semiprofessionals a grups de classe). Cadasc\u00fa t\u00e9 el seu nivell i sempre es respecta tothom. L&#8217;ambient \u00e9s molt sa i el p\u00fablic s\u00f3n els mateixos participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>OBJECTIUS GENERALS DE L\u2019ACTIVITAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Desenvolupar les diferents capacitats f\u00edsiques b\u00e0siques condicionals aplicant-les a situacions d\u2019equilibri i accions gimn\u00e0stiques tant individuals com col\u00b7lectives.<\/li>\n<li>Responsabilitzar-se de la import\u00e0ncia de la cooperaci\u00f3 i confian\u00e7a entre companys\/es per la superaci\u00f3 de pors i realitzaci\u00f3 segura de les pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/li>\n<li>Valorar l\u2019esfor\u00e7 propi i el dels companys i companyes tant f\u00edsic com intel\u00b7lectual a l\u2019hora de crear una coreograf\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Utilitzar el moviment corporal com a eina de comunicaci\u00f3 i descobrir els recursos expressius del cos mitjan\u00e7ant el moviment per desenvolupar la creativitat i espontane\u00eftat<\/li>\n<li>Participar a la Gimnastrada de Pineda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HORARIS D\u2019ENTRENAMENT :\u00a0<\/strong>dimarts a la tarda de 16:30 a 17:30 al gimn\u00e0s del centre.
