Avui els alumnes de 2n d’ESO han realitzat un taller per treballar les compet\u00e8ncies personals i socials, molt importants especialment en l’etapa de creixement i evoluci\u00f3 de l’adolesc\u00e8ncia en la qual es troba l’alumnat.<\/p>\n

Aquest taller l’han portat a terme la Cristina i la Marta, professionals del m\u00f3n de la psicologia que han explicat conceptes relacionats amb l’autoestima. Els alumnes han reflexionat sobre el seu autoconcepte i han rebut tamb\u00e9 inputs positius dels companys, per acabar analitzant la seva autoestima i con\u00e8ixer t\u00e8cniques per millorar-la.<\/p>\n
