Com ja saps, a partir d&#8217;ara les activitats s\u00f3n avaluables, per tant, \u00e9s molt important que segueixis aquests consells que t&#8217;ajudaran a anar b\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p><b>CONSELLS \u00daTILS PER FER LES TASQUES SETMANALS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>NOVA DISTRIBUCI\u00d3 DI\u00c0RIA DE MAT\u00c8RIES:<\/strong> La distribuci\u00f3 de dies i mat\u00e8ries et pot ajudar a portar millor les tasques i organitzar-te, tot i que pots triar l&#8217;ordre que millor et vagi.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>NO cal que esperis a divendres per lliurar les tasques que vagis fent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A mesura que les acabis, les pots\u00a0 anar enviant als professors, que aix\u00ed les podran corregir i fer el retorn.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot i que divendres no tens tasques assignades, <strong>NO<\/strong> ho deixis tot per aquest dia!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El l\u00edmit per lliurar les tasques setmanals ser\u00e0 els divendres a les 20.00.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>H\u00c0BITS SALUDABLES DE TREBALL:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intenta tenir uns horaris saludables. Al mat\u00ed \u00e9s un bon moment per fer tasques, ja que estem descansats i les podem fer millor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recorda seure b\u00e9 i tenir una bona higiene postural. Fes activitat f\u00edsica cada dia!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No estiguis assegut m\u00e9s d\u2019una hora sencera. Entre hores, fes pauses de 5 o 10 minuts. El teu cos ho agrair\u00e0!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il\u00b7lumina b\u00e9 el teu espai de treball i fes descansar tamb\u00e9 la vista. Aquests dies l\u2019\u00fas de pantalles s\u2019ha incrementat molt\u00a0 i ens pot perjudicar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ACOMPANYAMENT:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recorda que si tens algun dubte sobre alguna tasca pots preguntar al professor\/a.
