{"id":6370,"date":"2024-04-23T10:00:22","date_gmt":"2024-04-23T08:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesnumancia\/?p=6370"},"modified":"2024-04-22T21:43:21","modified_gmt":"2024-04-22T19:43:21","slug":"dear-jack-when-are-you-coming-back","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesnumancia\/general\/dear-jack-when-are-you-coming-back\/","title":{"rendered":"Dear Jack, when are you coming back?!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Friday 19th April, <strong>Jack the Magician<\/strong> paid us his annual visit to delight our <strong>7th graders<\/strong> with his <strong>magic show in English.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although he didn&#8217;t managed to turn his fifty Euro note into a purple one and despite the fact that he decided to substitute the &#8220;split-the-teacher&#8221; trick for a kind of maths lesson gag called &#8220;cut the paper&#8221;, he really caught our attention from the very beginning till the end, helping us improve our oral competence in English through his magical combination of smart jokes, plays on words and amazing magic tricks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Divendres 19 d&#8217;abril en Jack ens va tornar a fer la seva visita de rigor per tal que l&#8217;alumnat de primer d&#8217;ESO d&#8217;enguany tamb\u00e9 pugui gaudir del seu show de m\u00e0gia en angl\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que no va voler convertir el bitllet de 50 euros que portava en un de lila i malgrat la incomprensible decisi\u00f3 de substituir el truc del serra-la-profe-en-dos!
