xerrada\u00a0 amb l\u2019Andrea, en Marcel i l\u2019Estela sobre \u00a0l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de pr\u00e0ctiques<strong>\u00a0ERASMUS<\/strong>\u00a0a un CRAE de Col\u00f2nia\u00a0(Alemanya) i a un centre per a persones en risc\u00a0d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3\u00a0social de Pistoia ( It\u00e0lia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Marcel, l\u2019Andrea i l\u2019Estela van explicar les seves experi\u00e8ncies de mobilitat ERASMUS, experi\u00e8ncia que els ha aportat un creixement personal i tamb\u00e9 una millora en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit professional, ja que van haver d&#8217;adaptar-se a uns costums i maneres de fer d\u2019un nou pa\u00eds, entre altres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quant a l\u2019\u00e0mbit professional i acad\u00e8mic, aquesta experi\u00e8ncia els ha motivat\u00a0 per a seguir formant-se\u00a0 i tamb\u00e9 millorar les seves intervencions amb els col\u00b7lectius de risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social, ja que han conegut diferents models d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 social i tamb\u00e9 maneres diferents de treballar en equip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0L\u2019alumnat ha valorat la sessi\u00f3 com a molt positiva i
