Flipart \u00e9s el programa de l&#8217;Oficina de Difusi\u00f3 Art\u00edstica de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona per incentivar i apropar les arts entre alumnes d&#8217;ESO, Batxillerat i Cicles Formatius.
