{"id":8393,"date":"2022-03-03T11:27:34","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T10:27:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontgri\/?page_id=8393"},"modified":"2026-02-26T19:02:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T18:02:06","slug":"politica-de-qualitat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontgri\/qualitatimillora\/politica-de-qualitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edtica de qualitat i Medi ambient"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019Institut Montgr\u00ed entra a formar part del Projecte de Qualitat i Millora Cont\u00ednua (PQiMC) del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 a l\u2019octubre de 2020 amb l\u2019objectiu de dissenyar i implementar un sistema de gesti\u00f3 per processos basat en la norma ISO 9001, que cerca la qualitat i la millora cont\u00ednua de l\u2019ensenyament.<br>L&#8217;Institut Montgr\u00ed t\u00e9 per objectiu aconseguir l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia en els resultats educatius a trav\u00e9s de la millora cont\u00ednua dels processos i satisfer les expectatives dels nostres principals grups d\u2019inter\u00e8s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Satisfacci\u00f3 dels agents interns de la comunitat educativa que participen directament en els processos d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge:<br>\u25cb Alumnat<br>\u25cb Professorat<br>\u25cb Personal PAE, PAS, TIS (vetlladora, personal subaltern i d\u2019administraci\u00f3).<br>\u25cb Les empreses i institucions que col\u00b7laboren impartint formaci\u00f3 en els centres de treball (Projecte Singular, Formaci\u00f3 Dual i FCT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Satisfacci\u00f3 dels destinataris del proc\u00e9s educatiu:<br>\u25cb Fam\u00edlies<br>\u25cb Centres educatius que rebran el nostre alumnat<br>\u25cb Empreses i institucions que inseriran l\u2019alumnat laboralment.<br>\u25cb El municipi i l\u2019entorn que inserir\u00e0 socialment a l\u2019alumant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliment per part del centre de la normativa; lleis, decrets, ordres i instruccions que regulen la funci\u00f3 educativa al nostre pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adquisici\u00f3 del compromis en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la gesti\u00f3 ambiental per reduir i prevenir els impactes ambientals de les nostres activitats i serveis millorant de forma cont\u00ednua les pr\u00e0ctiques ambientals que es porten a terme al centre, fent un \u00fas sostenible dels recursos i complint els requisits legals corresponents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de la satisfacci\u00f3 simult\u00e0nia d\u2019aquests tres grups d\u2019inter\u00e8s i dels quatre principals objectius del centre educatiu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Millora dels resultats educatius i acad\u00e8mics<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millora en la conviv\u00e8ncia i la cohesi\u00f3 social<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;absentisme i l\u2019abandonament escolar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millora de la imatge de centre i la relaci\u00f3 \/ comunicaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Es dissenyen les estrat\u00e8gies de qualitat seguint el seg\u00fcent ordre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disseny i planificaci\u00f3<\/strong> de les activitats, tenint en compte la satisfacci\u00f3 dels grups d\u2019inter\u00e8s: agents interns, destinataris dels resultats i la normativa educativa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Execuci\u00f3 <\/strong>d&#8217;all\u00f2 que s\u2019ha planificat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 <\/strong>sistem\u00e0ticament de l\u2019assoliment dels objectius establerts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millora cont\u00ednua <\/strong>per aconseguir l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia dels resultats a partir de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, la creativitat, la const\u00e0ncia i la innovaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a centre comprom\u00e8s amb l\u2019excel.l\u00e8ncia educativa l\u2019institut considera totes les q\u00fcestions relatives al canvi clim\u00e0tic. Aquest enfocament est\u00e0 alienat amb les directrius globals i europees aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 amb les necessitats i expectatives de la mateixa comunitat educativa. Per aix\u00f2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; S\u2019actualitzen els continguts de les diferents mat\u00e8ries amb les compet\u00e8ncies relacionades amb la sostenibilitat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Es fomenta la consci\u00e8ncia ambiental amb tallers i activitats transversals a tot el centre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; S\u2019adapten les infraestructures i processos fent un seguiment del consum energ\u00e8tic, generaci\u00f3 de residus, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El comprom\u00eds que t\u00e9 l&#8217;institut Montgr\u00ed amb la qualitat, afecta tota l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i totes les persones que constitueixen l\u2019Institut participen activament en aquest proc\u00e9s i la direcci\u00f3 en facilitar\u00e0 els mitjans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Institut
