{"id":8594,"date":"2023-06-06T21:19:03","date_gmt":"2023-06-06T19:19:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/?p=8594"},"modified":"2023-06-06T21:22:14","modified_gmt":"2023-06-06T19:22:14","slug":"apostem-per-la-transformacio-educativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/portada\/apostem-per-la-transformacio-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Apostem per la Transformaci\u00f3 educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> impulsa iniciatives de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, de corresponsabilitzaci\u00f3 i de treball conjunt entre els diferents agents i actors educatius amb l\u2019horitz\u00f3 com\u00fa de <\/span><b>canvi educatiu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que parteix d\u2019una <\/span><b>concepci\u00f3 inclusiva i orientadora<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i que ha de comportar una <\/span><b>transformaci\u00f3 global del sistema educatiu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aquest proc\u00e9s planificat es fonamenta en un <\/span><b>aprenentatge centrat en l\u2019alumne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que implica canvis significatius en els projectes educatius dels centres que afecten les pr\u00e0ctiques i metodologies docents, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i el funcionament dels centres. Podeu trobar m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre la transformaci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019espai web del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laboratori de Transformaci\u00f3 educativa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest model de transformaci\u00f3 i millora del sistema educatiu es fa integrant el conjunt de les <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/transformacioenxarxa\/xarxes-territorials-de-transformacio-educativa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">xarxes territorials transformaci\u00f3 educativa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb la intenci\u00f3 de compartir i assumir el comprom\u00eds de treballar cooperativament amb tots els agents que participen i donen suport als centres que volen iniciar, mantenir o consolidar processos de canvi i transformaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des del curs 2020\/21 l\u2019Institut Montbui participa en la Xarxa territorial de transformaci\u00f3 educativa (XTTE) de la Catalunya central.
