Fa uns pocs mesos, l’alumnat de 3r d’ESO va iniciar un projecte d’intercanvi ling\u00fc\u00edstic amb un Institut de secund\u00e0ria de Preston, Nova Anglaterra. Us deixem amb una explicaci\u00f3 de la seva experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n
A few months ago, students of 3 ESO started a letter exchange with a secondary school in Preston, North England. The project is called <\/span>PenFriends<\/span>.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n We first completed and decorated a jigsaw piece (<\/span>about me<\/span>) with personal information (our names, where we live and the things we like, etc.). Then, we sent that to our English friends and they sent us the same thing in Spanish.\u00a0 The teachers formed pairs according to our level of English and Spanish respectively.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n The project consists of an exchange of not only letters but also language (English and Spanish), culture and interests. We wrote them letters in both English and Spanish. It was a good way to improve on writing and we learnt some new expressions too. Now, we\u2019re waiting for their letters!\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n We have put in our classes a poster where we have all the jigsaw pieces with the exchanging information and a slogan that it says: \u2018<\/span>\u2018In this project we all fit together\u2019\u2019 .<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n We think that this project is so interesting because we can have real communication with students from another country.
