A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed descobrim emocions que sovint ens costa identificar.<\/p>\n<p>Parlem de la vida i de les coses que ens passen al nostre dia a dia. Treballem les eines que ens ajuden a interpretar i a identificar les emocions per poder-les viure i gaudir al m\u00e0xim. Compartim recursos que ens ajuden a viure millor els nostres moments de tristesa, de r\u00e0bia, de dol, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Identificar l\u2019emoci\u00f3 ens permet controlar-la.
