{"id":2112,"date":"2018-03-05T19:05:40","date_gmt":"2018-03-05T18:05:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/?p=2112"},"modified":"2018-03-05T19:05:40","modified_gmt":"2018-03-05T18:05:40","slug":"que-fem-al-departament-dorientacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/deporientacio\/que-fem-al-departament-dorientacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e8 fem, al departament d&#8217;Orientaci\u00f3?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En 4 l\u00ednies us volem explicar que fem al nostre departament, tant amb els alumnes com la resta de la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Alumnes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Doc\u00e8ncia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aula d\u2019acollida<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7 o suport dins l\u2019aula en la mat\u00e8ries de catal\u00e0, castell\u00e0 i matem\u00e0tiques en els diferents grups de l\u2019ESO<\/li>\n<li>Tutories o cotutoria a l\u2019ESO amb alumnes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coordinaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica amb col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019EAP<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el proc\u00e9s de derivaci\u00f3 a les diferents mesures i recursos d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat<\/p>\n<p>Mediacions escolars<\/p>\n<p>Atencions individualitzades a petici\u00f3 del tutor\/a, de la fam\u00edlia i del propi alumnat<\/p>\n<p>Desenvolupar habilitats d\u2019autonomia personal i social<\/p>\n<p>Intervenir en casos d\u2019absentisme escolar<\/p>\n<p>Participar en la planificaci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament d\u2019activitats d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social<\/p>\n<h3>Comunitat educativa<\/h3>\n<p>Suport a l\u2019equip docent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessorament al professorat per atendre la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat<\/li>\n<li>Suport en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels plans individualitzats<\/li>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3 en les entrevistes amb els alumnes i fam\u00edlies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suport a l\u2019equip directiu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3 en les comissions d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, social i conviv\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb els professionals dels serveis externs dels alumnes vinculats a aquests serveis<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb les escoles de prim\u00e0ria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En 4 l\u00ednies us volem explicar que fem al nostre departament, tant amb els alumnes com la resta de la comunitat educativa.
