{"id":10405,"date":"2024-10-29T20:09:53","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T19:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/?p=10405"},"modified":"2024-10-29T20:42:11","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T19:42:11","slug":"com-construir-mantenir-i-reparar-danys-en-les-relacions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/portada\/com-construir-mantenir-i-reparar-danys-en-les-relacions\/","title":{"rendered":"Com construir, mantenir i reparar danys en les relacions?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu145\/2024\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-10-29-a-las-20.04.58.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10406\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu145\/2024\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-10-29-a-las-20.04.58-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El centre ha acollit, durant dues sessions, un<strong> taller d&#8217;Enfocament Restauratiu Global (ERG).<\/strong> Es tracta d&#8217;un model per a la gesti\u00f3 de les relacions i els conflictes que es desenvolupa a tres nivells: <strong>construir relacions, mantenir-les i reparar danys <\/strong>que es poden desenvolupar en el si de qualsevol comunitat i organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta activitat s&#8217;ha impulsat des del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anoia.cat\/departaments\/ciutadania-i-convivencia\/servei-de-mediacio-ciutadana\/\">Servei de Mediaci\u00f3 ciutadana<\/a> del Consell Comarcal de l&#8217;Anoia, a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culturarestaurativa.com\/\">Cu.re Cultura Restaurativa.<\/a> H<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">i ha pres part el professorat que forma part de les comissions de Conviv\u00e8ncia i de Coeducaci\u00f3 i clima de centre, a m\u00e9s dels tutors i docents que ho han sol\u00b7licitat. Un taller en qu\u00e8 els participants han apr\u00e8s a fer <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">cercles restauratius i a aplicar la metodologia apresa en la din\u00e0mica del centre. <\/strong>Aix\u00ed, els docents han identificat pr\u00e8viament les necessitats per sentir-se millor i que han desembocat en diverses propostes SMART.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontbui\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu145\/2024\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-10-29-a-las-20.04.58.png\"><\/a><br \/>\nEl centre ha acollit, durant dues sessions, un taller d&#8217;Enfocament Restauratiu Global (ERG).
