{"id":20264,"date":"2022-03-08T09:28:28","date_gmt":"2022-03-08T08:28:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontalt\/?p=20264"},"modified":"2022-03-08T09:28:28","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T08:28:28","slug":"pares-i-mares-a-linstitut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmontalt\/general\/pares-i-mares-a-linstitut\/","title":{"rendered":"Pares i mares a l\u2019institut!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest mes de febrer, els alumnes de 1r i de 2n de batxillerat han gaudit de la visita d\u2019un avi, dos pares i una mare del centre que han impartit diverses confer\u00e8ncies sobre les seves carreres professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Armando Calvo, l\u2019Albert de Maya, en Ricard Romero i la Nicole Xavier els han parlat sobre els seus propis estudis, els llocs de treball que han ocupat i ocupen, les habilitats que han desenvolupat i, fins i tot, com la seva professi\u00f3 ha influ\u00eft en la seva vida personal i familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cadascun d\u2019ells ha aportat informaci\u00f3 particular o espec\u00edfica de la seva carrera, per\u00f2 tots han coincidit en la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019uns punts concrets:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019esfor\u00e7 personal i la tenacitat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la formaci\u00f3 continuada<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la integraci\u00f3 de coneixements de diferents \u00e0rees i etapes formatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la import\u00e0ncia de la formaci\u00f3 en humanitats, tamb\u00e9 en perfils cientificot\u00e8cnics o econ\u00f2mics<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la necessitat de l\u2019empatia i l\u2019assertivitat per a adquirir l\u2019h\u00e0bit del treball en equip<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des de l\u2019institut, agra\u00efm profundament la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 desinteressada de tots quatre, que han aportat a la nostra tasca docent la seva visi\u00f3 i han col\u00b7laborat en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests alumnes i la reflexi\u00f3 que necessiten a l\u2019hora de triar estudis.
