L’alumnat d\u2019Economia de 4t d\u2019ESO i Batxillerat vam anar a visitar la f\u00e0brica \u201cBon \u00c0rea \u2013 Guissona\u201d de Lleida.<\/p>\n

L\u2019objectiu de la sortida era con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 el funcionament d\u2019una gran empresa ( nombre\u00a0 de treballadors, producci\u00f3 i totes les seves \u00e0rees ) i com afecta el seu entorn.<\/p>\n

Vam comen\u00e7ar veient la cadena de producci\u00f3 de les aus,\u00a0 per on passen les m\u00e0quines,\u00a0 i els envasats d\u2019aus. Seguidament vam veure el proc\u00e9s del porc, el seu especejament i els envasat de productes frescos,\u00a0 els envasats dels cuit, els assecadors per 2.000.000 de pernils. Despr\u00e9s vam visitar els laboratoris, on es dediquen a comprovar la qualitat i fiabilitat de tots els aliments que es produeixen durant el dia.<\/p>\n

Actualment hi ha 500 botigues Bon \u00c0rea, 400 camions per poder repartir i m\u00e9s de 6.000 treballadors.<\/p>\n

La botiga que ens va gestionar la sortida \u00e9s a prop del nostre institut des d\u2019aqu\u00ed li agra\u00efm la seva predisposici\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n
