Les sis sessions realitzades constaven d&#8217;exercicis d&#8217;escalfament, posturals, de pr\u00e0ctica respirat\u00f2ria i de relaxaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">L&#8217;objectiu final d&#8217;aquestes sessions va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat a la llengua anglesa en un context pr\u00e0ctic.
