{"id":5044,"date":"2022-05-03T10:24:18","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T08:24:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmila\/?p=5044"},"modified":"2022-05-03T10:24:18","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T08:24:18","slug":"alumnes-de-comerc-internacional-visitem-lempresa-leds-c4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmila\/portada\/alumnes-de-comerc-internacional-visitem-lempresa-leds-c4\/","title":{"rendered":"Alumnes de Comer\u00e7 Internacional visitem l&#8217;empresa LEDS-C4"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Ens han rebut a la seva seu de Tor\u00e0 on hem pogut gaudir de l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 de quatre treballadors de diferents \u00e0mbits de l&#8217;empresa LEDS-C4, que es dedica a la fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica i decorativa des de fa m\u00e9s de 40 anys i que disposa d&#8217;una xarxa comercial a m\u00e9s de 140 pa\u00efsos.<\/div>\n<div>En primer lloc, hem vist els diferents productes i serveis que ofereix l&#8217;empresa, entre els quals tamb\u00e9 hi ha els projectes\u00a0especials fets a mida per al client. Ens han explicat els diferents canals de venda (e-commerce, marketplaces, a\u00a0trav\u00e9s de distribu\u00efdors\u00a0o des de la pr\u00f2pia empresa) aix\u00ed com el proc\u00e9s de venda i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb distribu\u00efdors\u00a0i clients a l&#8217;exterior, a trav\u00e9s de la seva xarxa comercial.<\/div>\n<div>Ens han compartit un exemple de la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un hotel a Dubai i la relaci\u00f3 amb els diferents elements que hi intervenen: propietari, contractista, distribu\u00efdors, i, per \u00faltim, arquitectes i interioristes. En tercer lloc, l&#8217;Anna, responsable d&#8217;importaci\u00f3 i exportaci\u00f3, ens ha explicat el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 i importaci\u00f3 relacionant-ho amb els Incoterms que m\u00e9s utilitzen i que m\u00e9s els funcionen i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb la duana (s\u00f3n OEAs, Agents Econ\u00f2mics Autoritzats). Per \u00faltim, hem vist la import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client i el servei postvenda a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;alguns exemples que ens ha explicat la responsable d&#8217;aquest departament.<\/div>\n<div>En acabar, tamb\u00e9 hem pogut gaudir d&#8217;una visita a les seves instal\u00b7lacions i ens han mostrat alguns dels seus articles amb els quals proveeixen a un dels distribu\u00efdors\u00a0 d&#8217;articles per a la llar m\u00e9s importants d&#8217;Europa.<\/div>\n<div>Moltes gr\u00e0cies Leds-C4!
