Mila i Fontanals Hight School \u00a0hosts 14 hight vocational training courses, from 11 diferent professional families. The institution management\u00a0 has as a \u00a0directive team \u00a0composed by the director, assistant manager, head estudies, pedagogic coordinator, administrator and secretary. Underneath there are some comissions, among them\u00a0 the Quality\u00a0 and International Movility comissions.<\/p>\n
The Movility Comission is responsible of all international activities and its arrangment. It consist on a coordinator and two\u00a0 teachers of the school.<\/p>\n
The Institute\u00a0 main strategy\u00a0 is to have a clear organization chart\u00a0 and to have a\u00a0 well distrubuted \u00a0tasks.<\/p>\n
Every Institute department detect its requirements referring to the international issues. The department boss transfers them \u00a0to the comission who comunicates it \u00a0to the management team to be aproved.<\/p>\n
The diferent \u00a0HS departments are the responsible for making, revising and presenting the \u00a0the diferent activities abroad project . Furthermore the \u00a0technical or transversal competence\u00a0 to adquire and the results \u00a0assessment \u00a0methods \u00a0must be included.<\/p>\n
The \u00a0Movility \u00a0Comission is to manage the project and make it avaluable.<\/p>\n
